A mortgage foreclosure sale or judicial sale is when lender or a mortgage company enters a judgement and files a lawsuit against a borrower typically a homeowner for non payment and forces the sale of the property at the county courthouse where the property is located.

Tax Deed sales are auctions conducted by the county to recover past due property taxes plus fees and penalties when the homeowner fails to pay their property taxes. The property is generally sold in the county in which it is located.

At Sunu Asset Recovery you have a team of experienced professionals who will prepare all the necessary documents and hire a notary in your area to formally sign the agreement.The notary will return the documents to us.We  then prepare and submit all the necessary  paperwork to the county.If probate is needed our attorneys will coordinate with you to initiate the legal process 

At Sunu Asset Recovery, we only get paid if we are successful in recovering your funds.We do not charge any upfront out of pocket cost.We only get a small percentage at the end agreed upon with the client.

In the case of a mortgage foreclosure the turn around time is usually 90 days after the certificate of sale and subsequently the certificate of disbursements have been issued.

In the case of a Tax Deed sale the law requires a 120 days wait period after the sale to allow for lienholders if any to substantiate their claim. Typically we receive the funds within 150 to 180 days after the sale unless there are probate proceedings in which case it could be longer.
